HISTORICAL MUSEUM

Imisli historical museum was founded in 1981. There are about 3000 exhibits in museum. These displays obtained from different areas of Azerbaijan, as well as from Imishli- Mikhirtepe, Giziltepe, Deyirman yeri, Shehergah, Kudru hills etc.

Museum has got archaeological, common, ethnographical monuments, drawn things, graphical works etc.

Among cultural monuments there are vessel, earthenware jug, earthenware saucepans, ceramic crockery debris and others.

Among common and ethnographical things there are brazen jug, pitcher, tureens, brazen kerosene lamps relating to different periods. Besides there are fermash prepared from wool, khurjun etc.

Museum consists of 4 exhibition halls and 2 fond rooms.
